Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled departure! Please keep in mind that traffic can be very unpredictable on the Emerald Coast, especially in the Summer. Because we reserve your seat for you there are no refunds if you miss the cruise. Please arrive early!
Children 6 years of age and younger are required to wear a life jacket while the boat is underway.

Yes – We offer a 10% Military Discount at check-in with valid ID.
We provide a cooler but feel free to bring your own, along with snacks, drinks, snorkeling/swimming gear, cameras, and of course BYOB.
*All per ticket cruises are 100% refundable up to 24 hours before the start time.
*All private 30 passenger cruises are fully refundable up to 7 days before the start time.
*All cruises that do not depart because of inclement weather will receive a 100% refund.
*All cancellations must be made over the phone, email cancellations will not be accepted.
For group bookings of 6 or more passengers an 18% gratuity, adjustable upon request, may be applied. 100% of all tips go to the captain and crew. This ensures our onboard crew is fairly compensated for hosting large parties. Captains and crew work hard to make sure you have a safe and memorable cruise – tipping is greatly appreciated!
Usually within 4-5 hours of high tide is a good time to go to Crab Island! If you need help finding out when high tide is, search ‘Destin Tides’ online or give us a call!
